SMS & e-mail based notifications and OTP based authentication services are going to be activated in EMIS for various data updates and validations. Several critical communications will also be sent through SMS in the coming days. Therefore, each teacher in Government & Aided School, HMs, BRTEs are requested to ensure that their email and mobile number details are correct and updated in EMIS by doing the following.
1. Login to EMIS using their 8 digit EMIS ID & Password
2. Update the email address and mobile number in their profile
Whenever there is any change to the mobile number / email address, it is the responsibility of the individual teacher to make sure that the latest data is updated in their login. If email ID / mobile number is incorrect, the teacher may miss critical updates / information. Please note that the change in mobile number / email ID will not result in any changes to the password assigned. Please request all teachers to complete the updates by Sunday, 15th August.
Also, provision to update the vaccination details of teaching staff is provided in the respective Teacher login IDs. All teachers are requested to update the details of their completed vaccinations only. The provision is not for updating upcoming vaccination date.

4. தங்களின் பெயர் மற்றும் சரியான மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியை பயன்படுத்தி கருத்தை பதிவிட அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
